EVENT INFORMATION

• Entry: $75 per team
• Rounds: 3
• Round time: 3 Hours 
• Team Pairing Method: Random pairings for Round 1. Swiss Pairings for Round 2 and 3.
• Placings are determined by Win/Loss record, then total game points

• This event will be run through BCP, if you need help please ask for assistance prior to the list submission date. If you do not have BCP, please download the app before the start of the event. 
• The event will be registered with ITC.

EVENT SCHEDULE

• Check In: 8:25 AM – 8:45AM
• Player Meeting: 8:45 AM 
• Round 1: 9:00 AM – 12:15 PM 
• Lunch: 12:15 PM – 1:15PM 
• Round 2: 1:15 PM – 3:30 PM 
• Round 3: 3:45 PM – 6:45 PM

EVENT DEADLINES

• Lists are due at 11:59 pm on the Tuesday before the event (October 8th)
• No new codices, Indexes, or points updates released after Saturday, October 5th will not be used. 
• The latest FAQs, as of the tournament day, will be in effect.  

PRIZES

• 90% of the entry fees go into the prize pool. 
• The total amount of each prize will depend on the number of participants and will be awarded in-store credit. 
• Prizes will be given for first, second, third place, and best appearance/theme/team spirit (as voted by the players)
• Teams can not win more than one prize.
