Tournament Format

• Rounds – 3
• Round time – 2 hours (105 minutes for gameplay + 15 minutes for pre/post game)
• Format – Standard Timeline
• Software – Longshanks
• Doors – 12:00 PM
• Start – 12:30 PM
• Entry – $20/team – $10/player

Once time is called, players will have 15 minutes to finish the current round. After 15 minutes, players will score VP and finish the match. 

Roster Selection

• We will use the MCP Standard game format with the following modifications to the BUILDING A ROSTER (pg9) section for Team construction in the Crisis Protocol Rulebook (RevisedCoreSet_Rulebook_v1.0)
  • A team will consist of 2 team members
  • Each team member will build a roster of 7 models, 5 Tactics cards
  • The combined team will have 3 Secure and 3 Extraction Crisis Cards. Note the Team-Up Crisis card’s Maximum Threat value is increased by 6.
• When BUILDING A SQUAD (pg11), each team member will select models. One player must select models equal to half the determined threat value +/- 2 and the remaining player select models to make up the difference
  • Each player will select 3 Tactics cards and form a combined Team Tactics deck of 6 cards 
  • The combined teams models, tactics, and crisis cards must be UNIQUE and all banned and restricted lists apply. 
  • The combined team can have one leader and team affiliation across both squads
• Each team member is responsible for the decision-making, and moving of their models 
• Teams must use the same roster lists throughout the tournament

Victory Conditions

• Each Game Round WIN/LOSS will be determined by
  • Total Victory Points Earned
    • Tie-Breaker #1 – Most Healthy Characters
    • Tie-Breaker #2 – Least KO’d Characters
• Overall Placement will be determined by a player’s WIN/LOSS record across all games
  • Tie-Breaker #1 being Total Victory Points across all games
