Standard Squad

• Squad lists may only contain ships and upgrades listed as Standard
• Players must comply with the Ban List and Restricted List.
• All lists can be found at AtomicMassGames.com/xwing-documents

Scenario Selection

• Each event round will be played using a different scenario.
• The scenario for each round will be selected by the EO prior to the start of each round.
• All scenarios must be played at least once before a repeat scenario will happen.

Event Round Times

• Each event round will have a variable length.
• The variable will have a base time of 75 minutes.
• Time will begin when most players have found their seats.
• Please be warned, this will mean that time may start while set up is still happening.
• At no time will players be told the remaining time in a round.
• If a game has not concluded when the time for an event round runs out, the players finish the current game round and calculate the scores.

Pairings and Rounds

• We will be using Swiss-style pairings for this event.
• Number of rounds will be determined by the number of participants in an event.

Number Players
• If there are an odd number of players, a player may be assigned a bye during a round.
• That player receives a win and earns 18 mission points
• A bye will be given to the player with the lowest ranking who has not received a bye
• Pairings will be determined by the number of mission points.
• If there are an odd number of players with the same mission points, one player will be randomly paired with another player of the next most mission points

We will be using Longshanks Event Coordinator as our means of organization.
• Each player should have a Longshanks Account (one can be made for you at the event)

Event Guidelines

End of Match

Victory:
• One player wins the match by reaching 20 or above.

Time:
• The game timer runs out. The players finish the current round of the game. After the Cleanup Phase, the player with the most mission points is considered the winner.

Draw
• If no player has won, or if both players decide not to play the match for any reason, both players are awarded a draw.

Concession:
• One player voluntarily concede the match The conceding player receives a loss and earns 0 mission points and then the opponent receives a win and earns 20 mission points.

Event Points
Players earn event points at the end of each round as follows:

Win – 3 Points
Loss – 0 Points
Draw – 1 Point

Tiebreakers
• If two or more players have the same number of event points, tiebreakers are used to determine each player’s standing within that group.
