DESCRIPTION:We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Pokémon League\, happening every Thursday at 6:30 PM\, starting this week! \nUntil May 8th\, swing by for casual open play nights — a great chance to learn the game\, test out decks\, and meet fellow Trainers in a relaxed and welcoming environment. \nThen on Thursday\, May 8th\, we kick things off with our first official tournament\, featuring free entry and a pack of Journey Together for each participant (while supplies last)! \nStarting May 8th and beyond\, we’ll be hosting weekly tournaments every Thursday. In the coming weeks\, we’ll determine how buy-in and prizing will work for future events — so come out\, share your thoughts\, and help shape the league with us! \nWhether you’re just beginning your Pokémon journey or you’re a seasoned battler\, there’s a place for you at AFK Games. DESCRIPTION:Welcome Trainers to AFK Games’ August League Challenge! \nEvent Date: August 28th\n \nOnline registration – open now and closes at 6:25pm\, day of the tournament. \nOn site Registration – 5:00 pm – 6:25pm\, day of tournament \nCheck-in for pre-registered players by 6:20pm \nDecklists – due by 6:25pm \nTournament – 6:30 pm \nEntry – $10 entry\n \nLimit of 32 players\, preregistration not required\, but recommended. \n  \nFormat:\nStandard Constructed\nSwiss rounds based on attendance.\nNo Top Cut\n30-minute\, best-of-one rounds. \nPrizes: \n1st-4th place in each age division will receive a Pokémon Promo pack in addition to their winnings. \n \nEveryone will get at least 1 regular pack for participation\, with players receiving more based on their final ranking. \nThe prize pool is determined by the number of participants. \nPlayers will receive Championship Points based on position and total attendance. \nPlease arrive early enough to fill out a deck list before we begin or have one already ready. \n\nWe recommend Limitless’ deck builder\, since you can print a deck registration sheet from there.\nhttps://my.limitlesstcg.com/builder
