DESCRIPTION:Tournament Format\nThis event will be a 2-slot RCQ for SCG CON Portland\, OR\, which means 1st and 2nd will receive an RCQ invite.  \nFormat: Modern \nWe will be playing rounds of Swiss as recommended by the tournament rules. Following the Swiss rounds\, the top 8 players overall will play in single-elimination rounds. \nTickets: https://shop.afk.games/products/september-28th-modern-rcq\nMelee: https://melee.gg/Tournament/View/143261\n  \nRegistration: $30 \nTournament Schedule\nDoors will open at 9:30 am \nRegistration ends at 9:55 am.  \nThe player meeting will commence at 10:00 am with our head judge Jacob Butler\, followed by the start of deck registration. \nPrizes:\n1st – 30% of Store Credit pool + Exclusive Promo + Top 8 promo + RCQ Invite \n2nd – 20% of Store Credit pool + Exclusive Promo + Top 8 promo + RCQ Invite \n3/4th – 10% of Store Credit pool + Top 8 promo \n5-8th – 7.5% of Store Credit pool + Top 8 promo \nThe first 64 players will receive an RCQ promo. \n  \nStore credit prizes will be scaled with attendance. Finalized prizing amounts will be announced after the lunch break.
